This year, 38 bands from around New York State, and one from Connecticut, participated in the final competition for the New York State Field Band Conference, the Championship. Almost 4000 high school students spent the day showing what they have been doing with all their personal time which they sacrificed since as early as February.

Both Class AA and National Class had a tie for first place. Following are the scores as announced as the Carrier Dome.
